Did you use the refill foam and our slotted bobberstops? The foam is very useful for reusing the bottom peice of the Summer Ice bobber. The bobberstops are great for when using the slip bobber option!

I purchased two packages of the summer ice earlier this spring, I recently had the oportunity to test them against a competing slip float. After making the proper adjustments to reach neutral boyancy the Summer Ice float out performed the others. I am a slip float fisherman, I prefer them to a fixed bobber. Though both have their advantages I find the slip float more advantageous most of the time. I like the ability to easily remove the float bobber and with a simple change of technique for connecting to the fishing line you can be fishing with a fixed float. I will be purchasing more in the near future. They work excellent with small biting bluegills and sun fish that my grandchildren love to catch.

I went fishing last weekend with some friends up north. We used your summer ice bobber for the first time and it was awesome! We put the viz-stick in the foam during the day and at night used the lightsticks! Great products!
